Mary Hanson

The driving force behind Tonic 4 Business is Mary Hanson, an international HR & Business Consultant. Mary has over 20 years Human Resource and Organisation Development experience working for Global Organisations and providing Change Management support to Companies in Ireland, UK and Internationally.  Operating in both unionised and non-unionised environments, Mary is an extremely experienced HR & Business Practitioner.

Her key areas of focus have been on leading companies through periods of rapid growth, organisational development & change management programmes, restructuring initiatives and mergers and acquisitions integration.  Mary’s practical and pragmatic approach to Human Resources combined with strong business acumen, people skills and customer focus enable her to effect change quickly helping to drive businesses forward.

Mary is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Certified Coach, Certified Team Facilitator and Assessor.

Niki Price     

Working as an Associate of Tonic 4 Business, Niki is the Founder and Director of Niki Price Associates Ltd based in the UK.  Niki is an internationally experienced HR Director with over 17 years track record including retail, pharmaceutical and media industries. 

Niki facilitates positive change in organisations’ development, structure and performance by working with key stakeholders to design and deliver practical, cost-effective, human resource solutions, ensuring retention and optimisation of key employees.

She is a trained coach with more than 12 years coaching experience al all levels.  Niki is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
